About the Choir
The VivaVox choir was formed in 2013 by husband and wife team, David and Marie Collins. We set out to create a fun, informal singing group with a strong community feel, where everyone could come along have fun, meet new friends and just enjoy singing great songs with great harmony arrangements.

Everyone is welcome at VivaVox from aged 16 upwards. We have a wide variety of members of all ages and experience and we are proud to have created a welcoming, environment where people feel at ease. Many special friendships have been formed over the years. Friends come with friends, daughters with mums and grandparents, sons with dads, husbands with wives. The important thing for us is that it is inclusive, as we firmly believe that singing is for everyone. Everyone is welcome because EVERYONE CAN SING!

We perform throughout the year at various local events including our own self hosted concerts. Our material is a collection of well known songs from the world of pop, rock, stage and screen. All our songs are original arrangements written exclusively for us by our Musical Director, David. Our rehearsals are upbeat and pacey, meaning that every week we finish our rehearsals with a sense of accomplishment and energy.
Rehearsal Info
Rehearsals take place on Friday Nights, 7.00pm – 9.00pm at Great Preston Village Hall.
There are no big lump sum payments up front. The rehearsal fee is a weekly payment of £7.00 (£12.00 for couples) on a pay as you come basis. If you can’t make it that week you don’t pay, and your first rehearsal is FREE!
